This attractive single track line wends its way through the vineyards of the Vosges, leaving the Strasbourg - St Dié line at Molsheim and serving Obernai, Barr and Dambach-la-Ville beforing arriving at Selestat.  It is a busy little line especially for commuters to Strasbourg.  It also carries some freight.

The photos were taken in 1999.  On a revisit in 2005 it is apparent that men with green wire fences have invaded the territory, edging station platforms for, presumably, security reasons.  Suffice it to say that the photographer will not appreciate.
